One of the best ways to practice for the Speaking Section of the TOEFL is to talk with a conversation partner or a tutor.  Many websites offer free exchanges. Others provide low cost tutoring. Check some of them out.

Be sure to ask your partner to listen to your responses to the speaking tasks on model tests.
